Healthy breakfast smoothie

Fresh fruit shakes in between meals are good for people who are trying to maintain a healthy weight. Shakes are easier to consume and digest between meals and they’re a good way to ensure you get your 5-a-day.


  • 300ml of almond milk, or plain yogurt or low-fat milk for a dairy option
  • 2 sliced bananas
  • 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon linseeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup.

Blend until smooth and enjoy!

Serve 2 people
