- 300ml of almond milk, or plain yogurt or low-fat milk for a dairy option
- 2 sliced bananas
- 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon linseeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
