5-a-Day is a worldwide campaign which encourages people to include at least 5 portions of fresh fruit or vegetables in our meals every day. Including a wide variety of seasonal fruit and veggies is a good start. These foods are typically high in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fibre, yet low in salt and fat.
