Red hot chili peppers – the key to a longer life

Like it hot and spicy? Your adventurous palate may be doing you a world of good without even realising it. Other than adding a kick of flavour to just about any dish, peppers could add years to your life. A study published in PLoS ONE, says that red hot chilli peppers can lower your risk of heart disease or stroke by a substantial 13 percent.
