Teeing off 2015!

Welcome to 2015 명탐정 코난 감청의 주먹 다운로드! This is the year where you take your game to the next level – being trapped in bunkers and water hazards are so last-year!

What do you need to work on this year to enhance your game? Let’s start with the basics:Your swing: Using the wrong technique, will cause you to slice the ball and not get the distance that you want. Here’re some steps to help you perfect your swing:

  1. Make sure you have the correct grip. Your thumbs and pinkies need to be interlocked
  2. Keep your hands locked as you move the club back. It must be in line with the ball and not break back towards your body
  3. Hinge your wrists as you move the club back, with the handle in front of your chest, essentially creating an L-shape.
  4. At the top of the back-swing, your lower body needs to be stable and balanced
  5. Transferring your weight is where the majority of power is generated, and this is complemented by a squatting action. Your weight will be on your left or right side, depending if you’re a right or left-handed player
  6. When you’re ready for impact, remember that your heel needs to work off the ground as you go through the whole motion.
  7. Your finish is the completion of the whole process.
  8. Follow the steps above and allow the club to strike the ball, cleanly.

Once you have perfected your swing, don’t forget to stretch before you tee off! The last thing you need is pull your hamstring after hitting a flawless tee shot. Make sure that you’re also aware of other common golf injuries that could wreck your game!
