The super-food salad

This super salad contains four of the ten super-foods 스케치업 2019 한글 다운로드.


  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 225g cherry tomatoes
  • 50g walnuts, chopped
  • A bunch of chives
  • 1/2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste


  1. Chop or slice the avocado and apple to your liking and place in a large serving bowl. Sprinkle over half the lime juice and toss gently.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add to the avocados along with the chopped walnuts.
  3. Whisk together the remaining lime juice and olive oil and drizzle over the avocado salad.
  4. Garnish with chives and gently toss the salad, being careful not to break up the avocado. Serve immediately.
