Our inspiration for this story is David Taitz. In 2012 he weighed 215kg, and was at serious risk of diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease. It took the risk of these health conditions to start turning his life around, and he has. By 2012 he had lost 85kg, and he’s now an Iron Man athlete! David’s goal was to strive for ultimate wellness, and as he says, it’s an on-going journey.

Wellness is about making a positive change in your life, through exercise, fitness and enjoying healthy habits. David is a perfect example. He’s no longer on medication, has a new lease on life and he’s even sleeping better.
