Ingredients:
- ¾ cup low-fat, French salad dressing
- 1 x 410g can cannellini beans, drained
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- ½ teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 6 cups herb lettuce
- ½ cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
