“Super foods” refer to fruit and vegetables that are particularly high in vitamins and minerals, and have fantastic health benefits for your eyes, skin, bones and heart. Almonds

Radishes
That’s right – this little red vegetable is full of glucosinolates, which help ward off cancer and maintain a healthy liver and gall bladder. They’re also packed with vitamin C, folic acid, potassium and selenium, which keep skin healthy and glowing from the inside. You can slice up radishes and add them to your salad, or include them in a homemade vegetable juice.
